Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator, located in Langley, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, evaluating materials and labor costs, preparing bid proposals, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The role also involves staying updated on pricing trends and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Qualifications Proficiency in estimating, cost analysis, and financial forecastingStrong understanding of building enclosure processes, materials, and methodsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specificationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skillsTime management, organizational skills, and attention to detailExperience with estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an assetPrior experience in the construction industry is preferred
