Job Description

Sales Manager ( B2B) If you are are into e-commerce and retail, and you are an independent, active and ambitious team player, who strives to help businesses and ESTO achieve their goals, this is the perfect opportunity to you. We are looking for an e-commerce and B2B sales manager to join the structure of ESTO's Estonian business unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, negotiate and secure long-term successful partnerships with ESTO retail business partners. Manage and maintain close communication with partners and build strong relationships. Daily active communication and negotiations with business partners.

Skillful mapping of customer management pipeline and achieving sales growth. Introduce potential sales activities and business opportunities to management. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in sales, account management and/or in e-commerce or retail business. Be organized, accountable, trustful and a great communicator. Feel comfortable contacting customers daily via phone calls and email communication, and sometimes organizing on-site meetings. Fluent Estonian language skills, sufficiently good English skills. Russian language skill is an advantage!Initiative, ambitious and hungry to find opportunities to increase sales volumes and strengthen relationships. Determined and experienced to understand different sales opportunities, while being organized and process-oriented.
