The Finance Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves budgeting, financial analysis, and supporting business decisions with accurate financial data. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly MIS, working capital, and financial reports. Assist in the preparation of financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Reconcile and monitor vendor/customer balances, ensuring aging schedules are accurate and up to date. Monitor and reconcile inventory aging with physical stock monthly, ensuring accuracy in inventory reporting. Prepare and submit local sales tax and withholding tax returns.
Perform bank reconciliations and salary working. Record daily transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and production costs. RequirementsCA/CA Inter with 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing. Basic knowledge of taxation, export/import, and banking transactions. Knowledge of accounting software: D365 / SAP. Strong Excel and MS Office skillsKnowledge of banking transactions and financial instruments.
