We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the team on a rotational basis, supporting a new Joint Venture in Iraq. This position will have overall responsible for All shop floor productions. Manage all necessary resources to meet Cost, Time and Quality under company objective by supervising over All Productions Line, Maintenance and Planning departments. Please note: as this position is for a Joint Venture, candidate CVs will be shared with JV partnersJob ResponsibilitiesResponsibility of shop floor operations, maintenance and production & material planning. Plan resources to be in place for product and process training within production section.
Plan and produce satisfactory component output. Accurately forecast the output in term of revenue, productive hours and margin. Develop Production Planning and Capacity Management to ensure the resources is aligning with company objective and customer requirements. Monitor and manage turn time, to ensure affectivity, (working the correct priority order to ensure delay penalties are omitted, and customer satisfaction is ensured). Manage, analysis, improve the OTD (On Time Delivery). Manage, analysis, improve the Cost Variance to Quote. Part of RCA to advise, improve quality of works and reduce customer complains.
Continuously improve mechanism within section, including employee maximization and utilization, process improvement, cellular design, and lean manufacturing. Align the production environment with the company quality procedures. Control and coordinate of tool and general repair design/ and calibration. Set job objectives and measurement for all subordinates. Investigate and introduce new technologies, and the Capital Expenditure submission relevant to each technology.
