About NAYAWe are a leading global provider of data platform and development professional services.We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing data and development technology companies worldwide, based in Israel — and we're hiring.We are looking for a skilled and motivated BackEnd BI Developer / Data Engineer to join our growing data team.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes to support data integration and transformation needs.Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.Implement and optimize ETL workflows using Talend (or similar tools), ensuring high performance and reliability.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration tasks.Work with big data technologies such as Spark and Databricks to process large datasets and enable scalable analytics.Requirements4 years as ETL Developer – Minimum 4 years of experience as an ETL developer developing of complex ETL processes.Experience with Talend or alike – a Must.Strong experience in SQL development – a Must.Experience in Python development – a big advantage.Experience with Spark / Databricks – an advantage.
