We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Software Developers with a strong foundation in coding and ETL (e.g., Informatica) who are eager to expand their expertise by learning Ab Initio. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or advance your career in data engineering, with structured hands-on training and a clear pathway to full-time employment.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a 6-week onsite training program focused on Ab Initio.Apply strong coding and ETL fundamentals to real-world data engineering scenarios.Learn and adopt Ab Initio best practices for ETL design, development, and optimization.Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and peers to solve complex data processing challenges.Transition skills from Informatica/other ETL tools to Ab Initio in a guided environment.Engage in continuous learning and practical exercises to build production-ready expertise.Successfully complete the training program and transition into a full-time Software Developer (Ab Initio/ETL) role.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong foundation in programming (Python, Java, or similar).Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica preferred).Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.Preferred QualificationsPrior exposure to data engineering or data warehousing projects.Familiarity with Ab Initio (not required, but a plus).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).What We OfferA structured 6-week onsite training program in Ab Initio led by industry experts.Opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.Hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale data engineering projects.Mentorship, career growth opportunities, and a supportive learning environment
