We are now expanding our strategic activities into high-profile EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, DIGITAL, CEF, Erasmus+, EIC, etc.) to accelerate innovation, strengthen partnerships, and bring impactful technological solutions to European ecosystems.We are looking for a dynamic, proactive EU Projects & Innovation Manager to join our core team and help position LiNK as a leading digital innovation partner in European consortia. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of new EU-funded project proposals in collaboration with international partners.Participate in strategic networking, consortium building, and partner outreach.Coordinate and monitor technical, administrative, and financial aspects of EU project activities.Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project milestones, KPIs, reports, and deliverables.Represent LiNK in consortia meetings, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder events.Track EU funding opportunities aligned with LiNK’s technology roadmap (AI, digital transformation, data governance, XR/VR, sustainability tech, etc.).Contribute to LiNK’s business development strategy, identifying opportunities for growth through EU innovation frameworks.Prepare documentation, communication materials, and dissemination outputs.Facilitate internal alignment between LiNK’s product teams and EU-funded R&D activities. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.Familiarity with digital technologies, software development, or AI.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.Ability and willingness to travel for project meetings within the EU. Desired QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant field.Prior experience (2-3 years minimum) with EU‐funded project management or proposal writing.Understanding of Horizon Europe, DIGITAL Europe, Erasmus+, CEF Digital, or other EU frameworks.Experience working with interdisciplinary teams or technology-focused projects.Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. What We OfferThe opportunity to shape LiNK’s presence in major EU innovation ecosystems.A collaborative, ambitious environment built around technology and impact.Hands-on involvement in cutting-edge digital and AI projects.Continuous learning and professional development in EU funding.International exposure through workshops, conferences, and project meetings.Long-term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.If you are passionate about innovation, technology, and European collaboration, we would love to share your CV.
