Your Role: As Programme Coordinator – Gender-focused initiatives and support to women entrepreneurs, you will oversee a flagship European women’s leadership initiative. You will lead all aspects of programme management, including stakeholder engagement, coaching/mentoring logistics, and impact evaluation—serving as the focal point between the client, participants, mentors, and the EurA project team. Your contribution will focus on: Planning, coordination, and implementation of the programme components:
workshops, mentoring, networking, and leadership events. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality content. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, participants, mentors, and partners—ensuring client-centric service and proactive communication. Manage detailed programme timelines, budgets, work plans, and monitoring & evaluation systems. Oversee participant onboarding, mentor–mentee matching, briefing sessions, peer learning formats. Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback; prepare reports and recommendations for measuring impact and continuous improvement.
You will not be required to deliver direct coaching or mentoring but to guide and support those processes as part of a structured implementation team. What We Expect from YouTo be considered for this position, you must meet all of the following. At least 5 years of professional experience coordinating women’s leadership programmes or comparable initiatives (e. g. NGOs, leadership development, coaching programmes). Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management: clients, partners, mentors, participants, vendors. Proven planning and organisational skills: timelines, budgets, curricula, logistics, risk mitigation. Strong client orientation with excellent verbal and written communication; responsive, professional, and service-minded.
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation within group settings or programme contexts. University degree (minimum three-year Bachelor’s) in relevant disciplines (e. g. Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development, Business, Education, among others). Nice to HavePrior involvement in EU-funded programmes. Behavioral skillsFriendly team player, pragmatic goal-oriented, and flexible in the scope of activities to be performed. Time management, good communication, self-confidence, and detail-oriented with high-quality and impact-driven standards. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders and tasks. Self-starter who can take charge, plan, and execute with confidence.
