Job DescriptionThe CDMO Project Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for all measures to ensure the sustainability of the project business in close cooperation with the CDMO Business Development Manager, the development teams and Senior Project Management. This includes procurement, process performance, capacity and business continuity. He/she is also responsible for the introduction of new projects at the sites and works closely with the development sites and the support functions, e. g. Quality, HSE and Supply Chain.

Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCapture/evaluate customer requests impacting development sites in collaboration with CDMO Project ManagersPropose/initiate procurement action plan, including resource planning in coordination with operationsCreate & drive business continuity action plans for his/her portfolioManage and track capacity studies required to meet new customer requirementsDirectly or indirectly manage projects against key performance indicators reporting to local managementWork closely with the project management team and the Senior Project ManagerDevelopment and optimization of business processesQualifications And ExperienceUniversity degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, doctorate is an advantageChemistry skills/knowledge ideally in developmentKnowledge/skills in project managementEnglish:
