Advanced seeds help mitigate risks such as disease and drought and allow farmers to grow food using less land, less water and fewer inputs.Job DescriptionPurpose of the RoleBe a support for Non Seed team (Chemicals and Packaging component) to supply the European Syngenta sites and tollers.Manage operation execution with suppliers and plants to secure the plan of treat and pack in the sitesKey ResponsibilitiesWe all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:Manage operational activities to supply the Non-Seeds material in the right quantity in a right time to the EU sites.Create Purchase Order to support the supply plan from supplier to production plantCoordinate the Non-Conformity for the Non-Seeds departmentIn charge of building a process to be able to track the age of the chemical inventory for all EU sites and to inform about the FEFO management t (First Expired First Out)Point of contact for Non-Seeds topic for the EU sitesEstablish excellent working relationships with key players in the plants and in the EAME Production & Supply group.Ensure responsive and accurate communication flows with the external and internal stakeholders.Identify and solve short term issues in non-seed supply to preserve promised customer delivery dates as far as possible.QualificationsAt Syngenta we are highly people focused – we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
