European Business Excellence Manager

A key client of Morgan Philips Group is seeking a European Business Excellence Manager to help propel the company to greater levels of performance via greater data, reporting and insights.The client, a fast growing Biotech with presence across Europe and the US, is expanding at pace both from a commercial and product perspective. As part of this growth, the business is driving increased use of data and analytics to inform strategy, drive performance and manage projects.The role of European Business Excellence Manager will work across European affiliates to deliver support and reporting against key performance metrics related to assets, products and people to support leadership in building and executing strategy.Given the amount of work required building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in different circumstances, the successful candidate would benefit from experience in strategy or management consulting. You should be highly analytical and excited by working in high paced, dynamic cultures.Kay requirements:Experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategyExperience in the life sciences industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends and derive actionable insightsStrong communication skills, particularly C-Level presentation skills.Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlinesAdvanced excel skills / market modelling.
