Job Description

Then you might be our new colleague. Your new team and roleYou will be part of our growing PtX department comprising 80 dedicated colleagues. We are currently working on several cutting-edge projects in Denmark as well as other prioritized markets. As Assistant Project Director, you will support the Project Director and play an active role in managing the execution of some of the largest PtX plants.

You’ll join an innovative team where there is room to shape your role and grow into increased responsibility. You can look forward to working with the following tasks: Support the Project Director with delivering the project in accordance with specification, quality, time and budget. Supporting the monitoring and modification of the project plan, working closely with the project planner. Be responsible for various sub-projects within the overall project. Assisting with project budget oversight and adjustments in coordination with the project controller. Contributing to monthly progress reporting for both management and the full project team.

Supporting interface management between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Assisting in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across all project phases. Facilitating coordination with external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Participating in project site visits and construction follow-up when required. Supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle. Job prerequisitesYou hold an Engineering Degree, MSc or BSc, and you possess project management skills gained through your more than 5 years of experience. You have a good understanding of project planning and reporting. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent.

You have very good oral and written communication skills in English and preferable Danish. You are an efficient, organized, and results-oriented person with a solid problem-solving mindset and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. It is important that you have good structural capabilities and that you can keep the overview while working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with high complexity.
