This is a unique opportunity to lead a key work package within a multinational transformation project, helping shape the future of industrial systems and engineering excellence.
You'll be at the forefront of transitioning to a leaner industrial system, starting with the creation of a new product breakdown structure. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Be DoingLead end-to-end project management across multi-functional and transnational teams. Coordinate stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Configuration, and more. Prepare and present decision gate dossiers at key project milestones. Ensure project delivery aligns with certification, configuration management, and regulatory requirements. Define and implement strategic plans, including risk management and mitigation.
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable plans for wider business understanding. What We're Looking ForProven experience in project management within engineering or manufacturing environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful presentations. Comfortable working with Google Sheets and other collaborative tools. Experience over formal qualifications - we value hands-on expertise. Bonus SkillsBackground in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality. Understanding of matrix management structures.
