You will play a pivotal role in driving our European expansion by managing key relationships with automotive OEMs, closing and winning licenses for Driftrock software and services.A Bit About DriftrockWe are a growing team of 28, with a commercial team of 6. We work with some of the world's biggest brands such as BMW, BYD and Mercedes-Benz, as well as some of the world's leading platforms, such as Amazon, Meta, Auto Trader and Google.What You'll Be DoingManaging Sales Process: Manage the sales process through the funnel, from generating opportunities, managing the pitching process, through to closing and onboardingStrategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders at target European automotive OEMsNew Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, creating and managing a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growthSolution Pitching & Proposals: Conduct product fit analysis to understand prospective client needs, deliver compelling product pitches, and create tailored commercial proposalsStakeholder Management: Expertly manage relationships with key decision-makers, navigating complex organisational structures to secure new businessProduct Insights: Work with our Product and Engineering teams to feed back market insights and client needs, helping to shape our product roadmap. RequirementsProven Sales & Business Development Experience: 5+ years of experience managing senior relationships in a business development or sales capacity, with demonstrable track record of growing key accounts and account valueIndustry Experience: Automotive industry experience is highly desirable. Experience in digital media for a media agency, in-house marketing team, or ad tech vendor is beneficialCommunication & Presentation Skills: Superb communication and exceptional presentation skills to a C-Suite levelAdaptability: Comfortable in a fast‐paced and constantly evolving startup environment. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across Europe to meet with clients frequently. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are highly preferred.
