This role is part of a cross-functional technical team focused on ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable manufacturing operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new product introductions (NPI) and process validation activitiesAct as subject matter expert (SME) in technology transfer and production readinessOwn and optimize assembly and packaging processes with a focus on efficiency and qualityLead and support investigations into deviations and process issuesPerform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiativesCollect, analyze, and interpret process data for validation and monitoringWrite and review technical documentation in line with regulatory standardsCollaborate with production, QA, regulatory, and development teamsRequirementsBSc or MSc in Engineering or related field1–3 years’ experience in assembly and packaging, ideally in medical devices or biopharmaExperience in tech transfer or similar roles bridging development and operationsStrong understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirementsSkilled in technical writing and investigative methodologiesFamiliarity with downstream manufacturing processesFluent in EnglishWhat’s OfferedHybrid work model based in UppsalaInvolvement in meaningful manufacturing and product development projectsCollaborative work culture with strong cross-functional supportOpportunity for professional growth in a regulated industryN.
