Experience with job evaluation (Korn Ferry or similar frameworks), benchmarking, and incentive plan design. Proficient in HRIS and Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Job ResponsibilitiesROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct job evaluations and maintain the job architecture using Korn Ferry methodology (e. g. KF Architect and KF Profile Manager) to ensure role clarity and internal equity. Benchmark compensation and benefits using market surveys (e. g. , Korn Ferry, Mercer) to support competitive and fair pay practices. Manage annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus payouts, promotion cycles and terminations. Design, administer, and enhance all short- and long-term incentive plans (including sales, performance, and discretionary schemes). Support the development and governance of retention and recognition programs aligned with business priorities and employee engagement.
Monitor and administer employee benefits programs across countries (e. g. , health, retirement, wellbeing). Maintain and analyze reward data in HRIS, providing insights on key metrics such as pay equity, turnover, and market positioning. Advise HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, recognition, and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e. g. , EU Pay Transparency Directive).
