Project Administrator

The company EUTRIP, d. o. o. is looking for a motivated and qualified PROJECT ASSOCIATE (administrator) in the field of RENEWABLE ENERGY, who will support our team in the development, implementation and monitoring of projects in the field of sustainable energy. EMPLOYMENT: student work (expected permanent presence). PLACE OF WORK: at the employer's headquarters in Celje and in the field, according to the needs of the work. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- participating in project teams in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of renewable energy projects (solar power plants, etc. ),- preparing reports and documentation for projects,- collaborating with various stakeholders (internal and external) and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines,- identifying and preparing the necessary permits and consents for project implementation,- coordinating and monitoring project activities and ensuring timely project implementation,- analyzing and preparing project progress reports and searching for solutions for challenges,- assisting in finding new opportunities for renwable energy projects. REQUIREMENTS: - completed bachelor's degree (VI.

level),- experience in managing projects in the field of renewable energy is an advantage, but not a requirement,- knowledge of project work is an advantage,- excellent communication and organizational skills,- independence, proactivity and the ability to quickly solve problems and think outside the box,- knowledge of using software tools (MS Office, Google, etc. ),- knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
