Supplier Quality Engineer

Tasks: New Project Development and Supplier Collaboration: Participation in supplier quote evaluation and nomination. Conducting gate reviews and supplier on-site audits according to the quality development process. Interpreting special end-user requirements and effectively communicating them to sub-suppliers. Leading the supplier in preparing APQP & PPAP plans and ensuring daily tracking according to the project plan. Responsibility for the production and testing of relevant samples from suppliers, and cooperating with research institutes/factories to complete relevant experimental verifications.

Leading the supplier's production ramp-up plan, evaluating the completion of the supplier's planned production capacity and quality objectives, and ultimately being responsible for approving the supplier's mass production requests. Responsibility for leading the on-site PPAP audit and completing the approval of PSW based on the audit results. Supplier Change Management: Organizing supplier change requests and effectively communicating them to the project team. Participating in the feasibility assessment of engineering changes. Tracking the supplier's verification process and results regarding engineering changes. Tracking the trial production status of engineering changes.

Conducting necessary on-site production audits based on changes and updating relevant production documents (e. g. , PFMEA, CP). Collaboration with Other Regional SQEs: Tracking the development progress of suppliers in other regions. Clearly and effectively communicating project changes and requirements to SQEs in other regions. Cooperating with local SQEs to complete necessary on-site audits (e. g. , PPAP audits). Expected qualifications & degreesBachelor's degree or above. More than 5 years of work experience related to supplier quality. Fluent in Hungarian and EnglishKnowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, QC080000 standards.

Familiarity with the five core tools of IATF16949 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), as well as VDA6. 3 and VDA6. 5 standards, etc. Familiarity with the project management of new component development, including all key milestones from prototype building until mass production. Familiarity with 5MIE, 5W2H, 5WHY, PDCA, 8D, MSA, Seven Major Techniques (e. g. , histogram, Pareto chart, etc. ), turtle diagram, and other quality tools. Proficient in the application of quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Six Sigma. Familiarity with the process and application of QCC (Quality Control Circle) activities.
