Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes communication with clients, managing bookings, liaising with vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly. The coordinator will also contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting event packages and building relationships with potential clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and oversee events efficientlyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure the highest level of satisfactionExperience in Sales and the ability to promote event packages and build lasting client relationshipsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in hospitality or event industry is advantageousFluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
