Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Phuket for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events within the resort, ensuring guests have memorable experiences. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Event planning and coordination skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in managing budgets and negotiating contractsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasksKnowledge of the hospitality industry and event management software is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
