Event Management Internship (Spring 2026)Location: Utrecht | Full time | On site | English requiredCrowdLED is looking for an Event Management Intern to join our production team in January and February 2026. If you're into live events, like working behind the scenes, and enjoy keeping things organized when it matters most, this could be a great fit.You'll be helping us bring our signature light shows to life around the world. Since we’re now part of PixMob, the team behind immersive crowd experiences at shows for Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, and more, you’ll be contributing to events that people remember long after the lights go down.What you’ll doHelp coordinate logistics like packing, shipping, and inventorySupport planning, scheduling, and production workflowsKeep communication running smoothly with suppliers and partnersAssist with creating and updating event briefs and documentationTake part in event reviews and help improve how we workOccasionally join the team on site at live eventsWhat we’re looking forYou’re currently doing a Masters program, HBO or bachelor program in Event Management, Hospitality, Production or BusinessYou’re organized, hands on, and not afraid of tight deadlines or shifting plansYou work well in a team and keep a cool head under pressureYou’re into music, tech, or live events, or all threeWhat you’ll get500 euro internship allowanceFirsthand experience in international event productionOpportunities to be on site at real eventsA supportive, collaborative, and creative teamAn inside look at how global live experiences are built from the ground upAbout CrowdLEDWe create interactive light shows that turn crowds into part of the performance.
