This includes shipment tracking, customs clearance, warehousing, and on-site deployment of assets, ensuring all operations remain compliant and on schedule.Job Status: Fixed Time (Fixed Contract through January 2027)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reporting to: Director, Event Operations EWCPLANNING / REPORTING PHASEAssist in developing equipment and logistics plans with the Head of Equipment and LogisticsTrack shipments, customs clearance status, and delivery schedulesPrepare and maintain equipment inventories, manifests, and customs documentationCoordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendorsProvide regular updates and risk assessments on logistics statusAlign with production, technical, and venue teams for integrated workflowsEXECUTION PHASESupervise unloading, storage, and distribution of equipment on-siteMonitor warehouse operations and equipment securityEnsure proper documentation for customs and local authoritiesAct as point of contact for daily equipment/logistics issuesSupport dismantle and return shipment of assetsProvide daily reporting to Head of Equipment and LogisticsREQUIREMENTS3–5 years of experience in logistics, equipment, or supply chain managementFamiliarity with customs processes and international freight forwardingStrong skills in tracking and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Monday.com)Experience supervising warehouse or on-site logistics operationsFluency in English (Arabic an asset)Detail-oriented, process-driven, and adaptable under pressurePlease note: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
