It will suit someone who is hands-on, energetic, who takes initiative and is willing to gain exposure to a variety of tasks.This is a 6 months internship starting in March 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesEVENTSSupport the Project manager in events organisation and execution including client events, boutique activations, manufacture visits, etc.Manage external parties and suppliers and coordinate all the logistical aspects of our Boutique eventsSupport the development of event marketing deliverables including PowerPoint presentations for pre-and post-event reports, invitations, internal agendas, in addition to other communications materials as required.VISUAL MERCHANDISINGCoordinate visual merchandising activities and ensure the implementation of animations in boutiques and POSMEDIASupport the project manager in the assets creation for all our Media Plan bookingsBUDGET TRACKINGTrack and report marketing spendingProcess and track marketing related bills, liaise with the accounting team when neededOther Administrative TasksIn charge of updating the marketing plan document on a daily basisPROFILECurious, proactive, and hands-onExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven organisational skillsClient-centric mindsetShows ability to perform analysis, is detail-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of digital marketing toolsCurrently in or finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related fieldFluent in French and EnglishWhat We OfferA small dynamic, and caring teamA role with a wide range of tasksA great positive learning environmentCentral location in Geneva City center
