OverviewThe Event & PR Supervisor plays a leading role in developing, managing, and executing brand events and public relations activities that strengthen the company’s reputation, drive engagement, and enhance brand visibility. This position oversees the Event Executive and collaborates with the Multimedia and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution — ensuring all events, activations, and media relations are well-aligned with the overall marketing direction set by the Head of Marketing.Responsibilities Event Planning & SupervisionLead the planning, coordination, and execution of all brand and corporate events, including product launches, sponsorships, and internal functions.Supervise the Event Executive on logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-ground execution.Develop event concepts, engagement activities, and experience plans that reflect the brand identity and objectives.Ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion, within set timelines and budgets.Prepare post-event evaluations and reports to measure performance and ROI. Public Relations & Media ManagementDevelop and implement PR strategies that enhance brand reputation and strengthen public trust.Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, and key opinion leaders.Draft and review press releases, speeches, Q&As, and media kits for brand communications.Coordinate and host media events, press conferences, and interview opportunities.Monitor and analyze media coverage to report on PR performance and opportunities. Team Leadership & CoordinationSupervise, coach, and motivate the Event Executive and Multimedia team in day-to-day tasks.Provide guidance, performance feedback, and skill development opportunities.Collaborate closely with the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Executive to ensure event and PR activities are integrated with digital campaigns.Support the Head of Marketing in strategy discussions, presentations, and cross-department coordination. Brand & Partnership DevelopmentIdentify potential sponsorships, collaborations, and CSR opportunities that align with brand goals.Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality outputs.Ensure brand consistency across all communications and event touchpoints.Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging PR/event practices.QUALIFICATIONQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.4–6 years of experience in event management, PR, or brand communications, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in Khmer & English (written and spoken).(written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with media monitoring or event management tools.Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience in influencer marketing and media engagement.Knowledge of digital amplification for events and PR campaigns.Vendor negotiation and contract management experience.Basic photography, videography, or creative production coordination skills are a plus.How To ApplyInterested and qualified applicants should submit your updated Cover Letter and CV stating the position applied for with your current photo (4×6) through recruitment@intercarehospital.com
