JOB DESCRIPTIONProducer – STUDIO BOUMFTC - 6 Month Contract, LondonABOUTSTUDIO BOUM is a luxury event production studio specialising in fashionshows, immersive experiences, and special events for high-end fashion andlifestyle brands. With an in-house team of architects and designers, we craftunique, detail-driven productions worldwide, delivering seamless executionfrom concept to reality.THE ROLEAs a Producer, you will lead medium-scale projects from brief to executionensuring creative integrity, smooth logistics, and financial control. You will bethe main point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with our creativeand production teams to deliver exceptional results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management – Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring on-time,on-budget, and high-quality delivery.Client Liaison – Act as the primary client contact, managing expectationsand ensuring satisfaction.Creative & Technical Oversight – Collaborate with in-house designers toalign production with creative vision.Budget Control – Independently manage budgets from £70K to £400K,ensuring financial efficiency.Logistics & Supplier Coordination – Source and manage best-in-classvendors, ensuring smooth operations.Site Visits & Venue Research – Identify and document potential eventspaces for future projects.On-Site Production – Lead event setup, live execution, and de-rig, ensuringflawless delivery.Team Collaboration – Work alongside Creative & Production teams,delegating where necessary.Process & Documentation – Maintain accurate project records usingNotion, Xero, Float, and Google Sheets.WHAT WE LOOK FOR·     Proven experience producing fashion, luxury, or immersive events.·     Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining clarity and·     professionalism.·     Strong knowledge of set design, lighting, sound, and event logistics.·     A hands-on approach, with the ability to lead a team and delegate effectively.·     Confidence in client-facing roles, particularly in high-pressure moments (e.g., Fashion Week).WHY JOIN STUDIO BOUM?·     Work with world-class brands on globally recognised events.·     Be part of a collaborative, creative, and detail-driven team.·     Opportunity to grow within a dynamic, design-led environment.·     Competitive salary and 23 days plus bank holidays paid holiday.WORKING HOURS & LOCATION·     Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (flexibility required during live events).·     Based at 3rd Floor, 39 Great Portland Street, London (with occasional remote work).·     Some weekend work required during key events, with advance notice.CONTACTEmail CV and Portfolio to jobs@studioboum.co.uk
