Position: Event Sales ExecutiveLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive to work with a leading Event company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for corporate events, exhibitions, and other functions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.Collaborate with the operations and event management teams to ensure smooth execution of events.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new business prospects.Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a similar industry (UAE experience preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Kindly share your Resume at Hello@whizzhr.com
