Event Sales & Sponsorship ManageršŸ“ Location: Dubai, UAE šŸ’° Salary: AED 7,000 – 11,000 (depending on experience) + 15% commission šŸ•’ Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the UAE events or exhibitions industryAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Event Sales & Sponsorship Manager to join our growing events team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE event industry, with a successful track record in selling sponsorships, partnerships, and creative event solutions — not physical products.You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, securing sponsorships for upcoming conferences, activations, and corporate events, and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure sponsorships and partnerships for conferences, activations, and corporate events.Develop customized sponsorship proposals aligned with client objectives and event goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand managers.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsored projects.Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client communications.Preferred QualificationsUAE event or media industry experience is mandatory.Proven success in sponsorship or B2B event sales.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong client servicing and relationship management abilities.Creative, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a consultative sales approach.CompensationBasic Salary: AED 7,000 – 11,000 (based on experience)Commission: 15% on event profit
