We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.About the Role: The role involves developing and executing event strategies that align with global marketing objectives, managing all event elements, and ensuring successful event execution across MEA markets.Responsibilities:Event strategy and planning Develop and deploy event strategies that align with global marketing objectives and brand guidelinesWork closely with the global brand headquarters to present ideas, shape brand storytelling, and gain sign-off on high-impact campaigns.Develop annual event planning and budget, complete the internal project initiationManages and directs all event elements from conception to measurement, including but not limited to strategy, event logistics, project management, vendor partnerships, production, registration and hospitality, data gathering/reporting, cross-business partnering and ROI, and creating event marketing efficienciesEvent creation and execution Develops creative solutions and approaches to producing events that meet business requirements while leveraging and maintaining the marketing, branding, and financial goals of the eventEvent management Managing, planning, and executing events across MEA markets, especially in the UAEProvide logistical support and assistance for events, which includes managing speakers and coordinating creative assetsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the event and drive attendanceProject management and reporting Provide project management support around event logistics and timelinesEstablish KPIs and metrics to measure event successAnalyze post-event data and feedback to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvementAgency bidding and management Ability to review and negotiate vendor contracts to receive the best possible rates and terms; excellent negotiating skills are a mustReconcile program invoices, manage payments, and do event final cost reporting. Qualifications:7+ years of experience in events marketing, focusing on the auto industryProven track record of successfully planning and executing events, including conferences, auto shows, product launch events, etc. Required Skills:Proficient in event management, project management, and data analysis, with keen attention to detail and a proactive work approachSelf-starter with a growth mindset and ability to creatively solve problemsExceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive and productive relationships with diverse stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersStrategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detailThrive in a remote work environment, adapting well to a fast-paced culture. Preferred Skills: Mostly in the UAE, with the possibility of traveling around MEA countries and China.
