Apply now!Position: Events and Marketing Administrator | Project BasedLocation: Central LuzonWork setup & shift: Remote | Night Shift What's in it for you?Competitive Total Rewards (Compensation, Allowance, HMO, and Paid Time Off)Employee Referral ProgramWork Life BalanceYour RoleAs an Events and Marketing Administrator, you are responsible for:Work closely with leadership and marketing to execute events in line with business objectivesOversee all event logistics, from planning to stakeholder engagement and vendor coordinationSchedule and manage online talks, conferences, and global in-person meetingsPrepare speakers with Zoom Events run-throughs to ensure platform ease and proficiencyCoordinate with the Recordings team on event streaming and editing requirements.Regularly update stakeholders on event status, proactively addressing risks and solutionsIdentify and book appropriate venues for in-person events, ensuring smooth operationsAttend all online events, provide participant assistance and coordinate technical supportEfficiently manage event inquiries via the CQF Institute mailboxMaintain event tracking spreadsheets and speaker databasesProduce marketing materials, assist with website updates and promotional effortsQualifications and Experience:Amenable to work for 3 months - Project BasedRelevant degree or 2 years of work experienceEvent, marketing, or administration experienceProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsKnowledge of event streaming platforms, such as Zoom Events (preferable)Ability to multi-task, proactive problem-solving attitudeStakeholder management experienceHighly organized with strong numerical skillsStrong communication and customer service orientationKeen attention to detail and deadline-drivenAble to work flexible hours to accommodate schedules on event daysAbout BeepoBeepo is a Probe Group company, a full-service Australian-owned outsourcing company, with a team of 15,000 across 6 countries — the largest, and most diverse Australian-owned customer experience outsourcing provider.Our Beepo office is located in Clark, Pampanga.
