About the RoleFLOQ is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing licensed crypto exchanges, empowering over a million users to trade, learn, and grow in a trusted environment. We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Events & Community Manager who can bring our brand to life through impactful experiences, from nationwide roadshows and campus programs to local community meet-ups and flagship crypto events.You’ll be the connector between FLOQ and its people traders, partners, creators, and communities, building meaningful engagement both online and offline.Key Responsibilities1. Event Strategy & ExecutionPlan, organize, and execute FLOQ’s event calendar, including media gatherings, campus activations, partner roadshows, and major industry events like CoinFest and W3W Asia.Lead end-to-end event management: concept development, vendor coordination, venue negotiation, budgeting, production oversight, and post-event reporting.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and BD teams to align each event with campaign goals, partner KPIs, and user acquisition targets.Manage on-ground branding, logistics, and crew to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.2. Community Engagement & GrowthBuild and nurture FLOQ’s community across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and offline circles (FLOQ Circle, Sisterhood and Ambassadors).Develop programs that drive participation, education, and advocacy, from online challenges to city meet-ups and mini-workshops.Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), campus ambassadors, and local crypto leaders to expand brand visibility and credibility.Moderate community discussions, gather feedback, and collaborate with Marketing to turn insights into content or product improvements.3. Partnerships & CollaborationSupport partnership initiatives with token projects, brands, universities, and ecosystem players.Ensure strong relationship management with event vendors, sponsors, and media partners.Work with PR and Creative teams to amplify event and community stories through social media, blog, and press coverage.4. Data & ReportingTrack key performance metrics such as event attendance, engagement rate, leads generated, and conversion to KYC/trade.Produce post-event and community health reports with actionable insights and ROI summaries.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in event marketing, community management, or brand activation, ideally in tech, crypto, or lifestyle brands.Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.Creative problem solver with high energy and a can-do attitude.Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.Passionate about crypto, community building, and financial education.
