The aim of this role is to provide valuable insight and experience in event and engagement campaign planning, coordination, project management and communications.Working under the immediate supervision of the Events & Community Engagement Manager, this position requires strong creative skills, excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communications skills with some experience in managing events desirable. The position requires someone who is creative, flexible, learns quickly, has strong organisational skills and works well in a fast-paced environment.What You Will AccomplishWorking as part of the events team and supporting with all aspects of event planning from concept to deliveryCreation of creative collateral – Posters, Newsletter Articles, PowerPoint SlidesHands-on event management support at eventsManaging leader boards, data and evaluating engagement campaignsSupporting the Customer Experience Leadership Team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projectsOther office and/or administrative duties as required What You Will BringExcellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesAdvanced English proficiency and collaborative mindset; able to work effectively in diverse team environmentsEnthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic roleProficient in Google SuitesDesign and event management experience; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop a plusPositive, adaptable personality aligned with eBay’s fun, inclusive culturePlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
