This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-energy, international events team that delivers some of the most impactful brand activations across Europe and beyond.This role sits within the EMEA division of a global consumer brand recognised for its strong presence in pop culture and lifestyle brands. With operations in over 140 countries and a reputation for pushing boundaries, the company is known for delivering unforgettable live experiences and disruptive brand engagement. The events team is central to this mission — creating bold, engaging activations that bring the brand to life and connect with audiences across the continent.As Events Logistics Manager, you’ll take the lead on logistics and operations across a diverse calendar of EMEA events. From managing vehicles and equipment movement to planning production and ensuring seamless on-site delivery, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure every element — from trucks to toolkits — is in the right place at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all logistics for the EMEA Event Production function.Oversee vehicle allocation, availability, maintenance, and servicing.Coordinate logistics for multiple simultaneous events across Europe.Handle customs documentation, ATA Carnets, and cross-border logistics.Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale productions, including on-site execution.Source and manage third-party drivers, rentals, and additional resources as needed.Maintain and monitor a vehicle reporting system for damage checks and repairs.Act as the go-to logistics expert for the wider production and events team.Occasionally drive LKWs (Lastkraftwagen) for warehouse transfers, kit deliveries, and event setups.What We’re Looking ForExperience in event production, fleet or vehicle management, or logistics.Strong background in logistics, vehicle management, and EMEA event delivery.Proven ability to manage large-scale events from planning through to execution.Excellent communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Fluent in English and German (essential).Able to travel frequently, often at short notice.LKW License desirableHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.Interested? 🚚Click “Apply” or send your CV to Victoria.winter@advocate-group.co.uk to learn more.The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
