Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Outreach Specialist to play an essential part in helping our sales team connect with new clients, strengthen relationships with existing ones, and introduce new service and product features for the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SA&I) business. ABOUT THE JOBAs an advocate for account-based marketing, you will play a pivotal role in designing targeted strategies that maximise impact for priority accounts and drive meaningful engagement throughout the sales cycle. You will also support sales teams with the logistics and preparation of their client events as the project manager. This role will primarily be supporting sales teams in Western Europe and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster. RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, plan and execute email campaign strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve campaign outcomes and pre-defined KPIs Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows Measure, analyze, and report outreach and event campaign performance Support sales representatives with organization of events, both virtual and in-person Develop content that addresses account-specific priorities and drives meaningful engagement throughout each stage of the customer journey Create and/or adapt existing content based on sales insight, target persona and segment Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics to help sellers engage with clients and leads Identify high-potential accounts and extract relevant data points to support targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine target account lists based on strategic priorities and data-driven insights Support Sales Development Managers in inbound and outbound lead creation, maintenance and outreach Work closely with other teams and regions to build cross-functional cohesion REQUIREMENTS An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline-driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. You are motivated by making an impact on your workplace and thrive on recognising a challenge, implementing a solution, monitoring success and continuously thinking outside the box to optimise new or existing processes. You are detail-oriented with excellent communication, active listening and time management skills.
