About The JobPosition: Event & Communication Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship ProgramYou will be part of the Clienteling & Communication team for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, based in the Brussels Head Office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next-Gen talent. You will support the operational and strategic initiatives that strengthen our client experience, store engagement, and brand communication. You will provide operational support on Client Events and PR initiatives (press and influencer relations), gaining firsthand insight into how exceptional client experiences and impactful communication strategies are built and delivered across our eight countries.Job responsibilitiesEvents:Support the organization of regional client events: supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.Assist in the preparation of presentations to share with Head Office and stores before each event.Monitor budgets, update tracking files, and manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.Assist in the post-event reporting: photo selection, guest attendance, and ROI analysis.Conduct market research to find new suppliers and competitive benchmarking.PR & Communications:Support the implementation of PR and media-related marketing activities in the local market to strengthen Louis Vuitton’s visibility and awareness.Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings (weekly and monthly).Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris HQ for press days, product launches, trips, and events.Prepare and adapt PR materials: download assets from Central and tailor them for local usage.Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics (liaising with stylists, managing samples, deliveries, and returns).Support influencer relations, including product gifting and loans.ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.Strong command of English.
