Product Designer

What you'll doDesign end-to-end product experiences — from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI — for web and mobileBe well-versed in basic usability heuristics, design thinking, and design aesthetics —and apply those methods iteratively while working within loose process guidelinesCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other Designers in a highly iterative, agile workflowOwn both UX flows and high-fidelity visual design (this is not a researcher or wireframer role)Present work clearly and confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadershipAdapt quickly to shifting priorities, solving problems with creativity, pragmatism and graceUse Figma to produce designs, prototypes, and component-based layoutsWhat you'll bring:

2–5 years of product design experience, ideally with complex, enterprise SaaS productsStrong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple productsProficiency in Figma (must-have) and familiarity with JiraEnterprise Software ExperienceUnderstanding of basic agile principles and workflowsStrong presentation skills — articulate, friendly, and confident in front of a roomAbility to self-start, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at onceDegree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field is a plusCollaborative mindset and no-ego approach to teamworkBonus Points Experience using generative AI for design research, persona creation, or prompt constructionHands-on with Figma Make, v0, or Bolt for prototypingKnowledge of design systems and component-driven designFamiliarity with the Critical Event Management or Emergency Management domainThe reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $94,500 - $126,000 and may also include variable compensation.

Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
