Develop, synthesize, and formulate colorants based on Ever Dye technology Adapt colorants to the specific conditions of various dyeing technologies (jet, overflow, etc.
) Perform dyeing tests on cotton, polyester, and other target fibers Evaluate color performance, fastness, and fiber/machine compatibility Optimize protocols for room-temperature dyeing Conduct scientific monitoring on colorant components, chemical functionalization, and new analytical methods Collaborate closely with R&D, process, and textile teams and industrial partners Master’s degree or PhD in color chemistry, physical chemistry, organic chemistry, or formulation Knowledge of colorants from various sources (synthetic, natural, mineral) Strong understanding of chemical functionalization reactions applied to colorants Understanding of dye-fiber interactions (especially polyester) Experience with adapting formulations to industrial constraints Proficiency with analytical tools:
