Our goal is to go public via direct listing within the next 5 years, targeting $10M–$15M in total revenue at the time of listing.

🎯 What You’ll Do✅ Serve as the #2 in the company, reporting directly to the COOBuild, manage, and lead the HQ ops team (Project Manager, Process Manager, Controller, Legal, Marketing)✅ Oversee all brand operations with brand-specific Directors of Operations✅ Ensure operational excellence and SOP compliance via Airtable✅ Build dashboards, KPI systems, and structured workflows✅ Drive executional alignment as we prepare to go public💰 Compensation Package✅ $120,000 base salary✅ 2% of profit (paid quarterly)✅ $500,000 public listing bonus-$250K paid upon going public-$250K paid 12 months later (contingent on continued employment)🏝 Schedule & PTO✅ In-office at our HQ in the AIP Building, San Juan, PR (https:
