Associate – Corporate Finance – Stockholm

A Nordic-focused corporate finance advisory and brokerage firm is seeking a motivated Associate to join its team in Stockholm. The firm supports small and mid-sized companies across the Nordic region (EV €10–250m) on capital raising, project financing, and M&A transactions, and operates an active investor sales and high-yield debt platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a lean and entrepreneurial team working across the full deal lifecycle — from origination and structuring to execution and investor placement — in a highly dynamic market environment.

The OpportunityAs an Associate, you will work closely with senior professionals on both corporate finance and investor sales mandates. The role offers broad exposure to complex, hands-on transactions across sectors, as well as access to a strong network of institutional and private investors across the Nordics.
