We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our strong clinical leadership team. This role is open to both RNs and LPNs with leadership experience who are ready to step into a meaningful role where they can support staff, guide care delivery, and grow professionally.

Your Role: As ADON, you’ll support the DON in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive care environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support Unit Managers and ensure quality resident care Oversee infection control efforts and reporting Collaborate with the Facility Educator on training and development Help determine and manage staffing needs Assist in policy and procedure review and updates Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations Ensure resident care follows individualized plans and best practices Requirements: Current RN or LPN license in Montana (or ability to transfer) Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required Nurse leadership/management experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Perks & Benefits:
