We are looking for a 1st Line Support Specialist with a strong level of English to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and resolving technical and functional issues. What you will do: Provide first-line technical support via email, chat, and phoneAssist users with troubleshooting and resolving issuesEscalate more complex cases to 2nd/3rd line support teamsDocument issues and solutions in the ticketing systemEnsure excellent customer experience and timely responsesWhat we expect:
