We’re seeking a Logistics Manager who will oversee and enhance the logistics processes that empower our business to thrive while collaborating with external partners. You will drive efficiency and effectiveness in our supply chain operations. With your experience, ensure seamless coordination between EBTH and our third-party providers.
Ideal candidate will have corporate and/or start up experience, inbound and outbound experience as well as the ability to see things through to execution. Your ability to analyze logistics performance and implement improvements will be essential in meeting our customers needs while fostering strong relationships with service partners.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operationsManage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service qualityCoordinate shipping schedules to ensure timely deliveriesAnalyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and safety guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams to align logistics with business goalsNegotiate contracts and service agreement with logistics providersDevelop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chainCreate and manage budgets for logistics operationsImplement technology solutions to improve logistics processesPrepare reports for senior management on logistics performance and challengesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in logisticsRequirements3-5 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain rolesStrong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in logistics software and technologyDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectivelyHigh level of accuracy in managing logistics operations and reportingStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
