Ready to be part of the ‘green star family’ and build new possibilities with us?For our site in Larvik (Norway) we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/x).

Position Summary As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the entire supply chain of the plant, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers. You will lead the Customer Care and Logistics teams, ensuring efficient order processing, procurement, warehousing, inventory, and transportation management, while maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting operational performance targets. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all supply chain activities across Customer Care, and Logistics teams. Define and execute the plant’s purchasing strategy in line with global and local objectives.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance (quality, cost, delivery). Oversee the full order-to-delivery cycle ensuring high customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Optimize inventory levels, material availability, and transportation costs. Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, lead times). Ensure compliance with procurement policies, international trade regulations, and logistics standards. Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Quality, Finance) to ensure alignment and performance. Promote a continuous improvement culture in all aspects of the supply chain. Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Solid experience in procurement, inventory, and logistics management. Proven ability to lead and develop teams across functions. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in ERP systems (e. g. , SAP) and supply chain analytics tools. Fluent in English. Norwegian is highly desirable; Swedish is also considered an asset (other European languages are a plus).
