We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales – Northern Region to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic growth across NSW, ACT, and QLD in a fast-paced, adviser-led environment. About the RoleWe are looking for a senior sales leader to oversee our Northern Region distribution efforts across the retail advice and IFA channels.
This role is responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving regional strategy, and ensuring delivery of Evidentia’s full suite of managed account and investment solutions. This strategic hybrid role blends leadership and business development, with a strong focus on performance, process, and client impact. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market efforts and support broader business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and coach the Northern Region sales team to achieve revenue and inflow targetsMaintain and grow a personal adviser panel, focusing on high-impact relationshipsDrive execution of sales strategy, pipeline management and CRM disciplineOversee implementation of national sales initiatives and support RFP responsesRepresent Evidentia at industry forums, partner events, and client engagementsMonitor sales performance and deliver reporting to senior leadershipCollaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, and Investment SolutionsLeverage client and market insights to refine adviser engagement and positioningAbout YouProven experience managing high-performing sales teams in financial services or wealth managementStrong understanding of Managed Accounts, advice processes, and business modelsDemonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities across geographically dispersed teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or FinancePostgraduate qualification (e.
g.
