Our co-workers in Budapest, Miskolc and Szeged are busy writing software which, although invisible to the naked eye, can fundamentally influence the very basics of our everyday lives.You will come across our software solutions in different kinds of the largest medical eqiupment technology, not to mention that our codes drive the greatest cas manufacturers' automation systems and you can even find them/us in electric cars. There are hardly any industrial areas where the programs I and my colleagues tested or developed are not present. The company evosoft, in its full name evosoft Hungary Kft. (Ltd.) started with 3 members more than 30 years ago. As of today, our headcount has reached the 1800 employees and we are expanding – join us, be part of our team!We are looking for a new colleague for the following position in our Budapest office and in our friendly HR team:HR intern in the Learning and Development teamMain tasks: Full administration related to trainings Management and follow-up of mandatory courses in e-learning Independent organization of internal trainings with internal trainers Administration of onboarding plans Training planning support by updating the data of the training catalog and other databases Recording courses, keeping the Learning Management System up to dateJob requirements: Ongoing higher education studies (active student status) Commitment of min. 20 hours per week Precision, accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactivity Strong problem-solving skills, supportive attitude Process approachAdvantage to fill the position: Experience in training organization and/or administration Studies in the field of human resources or andragogy Knowledge of English and/or GermanWhat we offer:Home office opportunity and flexible working hoursClosed, guarded parking areaA young, dynamic, supporting team with mentorAttractive working environment and secure workplaceVarious career opportunitiesYou can join several communities: sport, CSR, Go green, ToastMasters, etc.Family Friendly Workplace
