EVP of Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:Lead the company’s end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, vendor management, logistics, and warehouse operations.Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key raw materials (e.g., cassava), packaging, and services to support continuous production.Oversee contract negotiations, vendor evaluations, and performance tracking to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.Manage domestic and international logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and optimized transportation cost.Supervise warehouse operations at multiple sites, ensuring accurate inventory control, SAP system integrity, and space utilization.Ensure optimal use of SAP (MM, SD, and WM modules) to support planning, procurement, inventory, and reporting.Collaborate with production, QA, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging SAP analytics and reporting tools.Build and lead a high-performing, cross-location supply chain team with clear KPIs and development plans.Regularly assess supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.Report directly to the CEO with actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and operational updates.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's preferred.At least 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, including 5+ years at the executive level.Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.Direct experience working with SAP (particularly MM, SD, WM modules) is required.Knowledge of the agro-industry, ethanol, or starch production is a strong advantage.Proven leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multi-site operations.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.Fluent in Thai and English.Willingness to travel frequently to the Ubon Ratchathani plant and other company facilities.Work Conditions:Based in Bangkok.Regular domestic travel to the plant in Ubon Ratchathani (as needed).
