We're looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support integrated campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and more, for a leading client in the life sciences and diagnostics industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is eager to grow in B2B marketing. 📅 This is a 6-month temporary position with a high possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
📍 Hybrid position – you’ll be expected to work from the office 2 times per month. 🚀 What You’ll DoAssist in implementing integrated marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events. Localize and adapt global marketing content to suit regional audiences and customer needs. Support the coordination of local and virtual events such as seminars, product launches, and conferences. Manage and segment customer/prospect databases to drive targeted outreach strategies. Track and report on campaign performance using key marketing KPIs like lead generation and engagement rates.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations to align campaign efforts with business priorities. Coordinate with external vendors including agencies and event planners. Maintain and update product and campaign information across digital platforms. 🧠 What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment. English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and CRM tools. Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a customer-centric, problem-solving attitude. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work under regular feedback and guidance. 💡 Nice to HaveFamiliarity with the life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industry. Certification or coursework in digital marketing (e. g. , HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO). Experience working in a multinational setting or using marketing platforms such as:
