About the roleWe’re seeking an HR Coordinator to join our People team and serve as the backbone of our fast-scaling organization.
You’ll manage candidate pipelines, handle core HR operations, and help craft memorable culture-building events as we double headcount over the next year. What You Bring1-3 years of HR coordination, recruiting, or talent-operations experience (open to candidates with keen interest who have other strong backgrounds)Proven ability to source candidates through multiple recruiting channels. Solid understanding of HR fundamentals (onboarding, HRIS, compliance)Stellar organizational skills—you juggle many moving parts without dropping balls. Clear, empathetic communication style that builds trust with candidates and colleagues. Nice-to-HavesExperience in healthcare, long-term-care, or SaaS environments. Event-planning or culture-committee experience.
HR certification (CHRP) or progress toward one. What You’ll DoRecruiting & Sourcing Post and refresh job ads across LinkedIn, niche boards, universities, and employee-referral channels. Proactively source passive talent via Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other CRM tools. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure a white-glove candidate experience. Track funnel metrics in Ashby and recommend process improvements. HR Operations Administer onboarding/off-boarding, background checks, and benefits enrollment. Maintain digital employee files, HRIS data integrity, and compliance calendars. Assist with policy updates, employee-relations documentation, and ad-hoc audits.
Culture & Events Plan and execute quarterly all-hands, virtual team-building activities, volunteer days, and the annual company retreat. Coordinate swag, milestone celebrations, and recognition programs. Support DEIB initiatives and employee-resource-group logistics.
