Start your journey with Excis and grow with us!What You’ll Do: • Laptop/Desktop Repair and Resolution• Whole Unit Replacement, as needed• Diagnosis & resolution of COTS based application problems and conflict• Manual Imaging/re-imaging of the devices• System Fault verification and troubleshooting• Conference support (AV/VC Support) health check• Business application support• Respond to incidents• Provide smart-hands support• Rack and stack support, including the following: • Networking, firewall, server, storage, as well as In-rack UPS deviceRequirementsWhat you need: 1. Associate Degree in information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience. 3.

Excellent communication skills, interacting with AMD employees and contractors at any level. 4. Strong technical skills in supporting x86/x64 hardware platforms, Windows 10, MacOS, , and Android mobile OS. 5. Technical knowledge in network switching devices and firewalls, servers and storage subsystems. 6. Working knowledge of audio/video conferencing equipment. 7. Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities and core applications, including PC diagnostics, SCCM, security endpoint protection software, MFA & VPN. 8. Experience working in an Active Directory environment including SCCM (SMS). 9. Experience working with 3rd party vendors in both support and contract areas. 10. Knowledge navigating 3rd party vendor applications ad websites. 11.
