City Lodge Hotels is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at Town Lodge Windhoek. This role is open exclusively to Namibian citizens. Applicants must hold a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent and a recognized culinary qualification such as a National Certificate (Vocational): Hospitality (NQF Level 4, SAQA registered) or CATHSSETA Professional Cookery (NQF Level 4, SAQA registered). A Higher Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations Management (NQF Level 5) or a culinary-related diploma will be advantageous. Candidates should be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and have at least three years’ experience in a formally brigaded kitchen.
