We are seeking an Execution Assistant for our Capital Solutions team in New York to manage critical components of the transaction lifecycle. This role offers direct exposure to senior bankers, providing a clear pathway for professional growth within the firm.Career Trajectory: We are committed to internal mobility and professional development. As a relationship-oriented business, the role requires a commitment to meeting deal-related deadlines, which may include work outside of standard business hours.Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the deal team, you will:Support the investor outreach process by maintaining real-time data within the firm's CRM, ensuring accuracy for strategic decision-making. This data may include capturing new engagements, daily interactions with prospective and current clients, tracking investor outreach, updating pitch and company records, etc.Serve as a point of contact coordinating edits and signing of NDAs between clients and investors, ensuring swift negotiation and timely follow-upsConduct targeted research on industry trends, market dynamics, and client-specific data points to support deal theses and marketing efforts.Assist the Capital Solutions team with the preparation and distribution of client-facing materials, including marketing documents, investor presentations, and reports.Attend deal-related meetings, manage action items, and ensure project milestones are met.Coordinate logistics for critical deal events, including management presentations, due diligence sessions, and closing dinners.Manage scheduling and logistics for the investor outreach process, including coordinating calendars for meetings, and arranging travel as needed.Candidate ProfileHarris Williams fosters an inclusive culture through hiring quality people who are committed, tenacious, smart and principled – dedicated to achieving the best results for our clients, the right way.
